Holistic Analytics GmbH was founded in June 2013 as the technical arm of Holim GmbH – an Executive Interim Management Company founded in January 2002.
There were several reasons for founding Holistic Analytics GmbH , or as we simply call it HOLANA.
During many assignments we came across bad data quality and even worse, business analytics and decisions based on that data. Because of time constraints we decided to use Excel in order to get a fast and decent understanding of what is going on – quickly compiling our own little business analytics solution based on raw data. And every time we concluded that we should do it right once – being able to reuse. Also allowing other interim colleagues to utilize from our work.
We have seen so many externally managed projects who came to nothing because of insufficient knowledge transfer to the people doing the daily job. Our aspiration is to transfer our knowledge to ensure sustainability.
Having been involved in more than 30 post merger integrations and international reorganisations, we learned, that the project success depends on people and corporate culture. This is usually not adressed in technology based projects. Our holistic approach includes these dimensions of change.
